Partnering with Lend Lease Building John R Keith were awarded the major hydraulic contract for the Growler Airborne Electronic Attack Capability Facilities based in Delamere, in the Northern Territory.

The scope of works included:

Independent bore water pipeline with water treatment plant producing potable water for the new installed Defence accommodation.
