One30 Hyde Park, an impressive 123 metre, 38 floor building sits on the corner of Hyde Park in Sydney’s CBD.  Featuring 140 Apartments, 190sqm. of retail space and direct access to bustling Museum Station, the building offers a cosmopolitan lifestyle to its residents.

The project was jointly developed by Aoyuan,  a Hong Kong based developer & by Ecove, an Australian based developer. The Architects on the project are the award winning Bates Smart.

John R Keith, working in conjunction with Main Contractor Built, provided the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance and warranty of hydraulic services.

The works included all materials, labour, cartage, freight, tools, plant, appliances and other necessary works for the D&C Technical Specification and to the complete satisfaction of the Project Manager.
